Commercial Administrator

Scope
At S2G, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. This position will report directly to the Sr. Key Account Manager and will be responsible for providing general commercial support, with a particular focus on product analysis, operations, and account-level reporting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause analysis of errors and implement timely corrective actions.
Register new products in the retailer’s system (a step prior to the purchase order).
Prepare reconciliations between retailers and S2G (funds, activity numbers, commercial agreements, promotions).
Perform reconciliations in the retailer’s system, review trends, weeks of inventory, and distributor inventory.
Maintain the PSI by client (for all brands).
Analyze stock-outs of key models and major points of sale (POS).
Register existing products.
Consolidate and submit data capture forecasts.
Prepare sales forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
