Commercial Administrator

Job Description

Scope

At S2G, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. This position will report directly to the Sr. Key Account Manager and will be responsible for providing general commercial support, with a particular focus on product analysis, operations, and account-level reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct root cause analysis of errors and implement timely corrective actions.

  • Register new products in the retailer’s system (a step prior to the purchase order).

  • Prepare reconciliations between retailers and S2G (funds, activity numbers, commercial agreements, promotions).

  • Perform reconciliations in the retailer’s system, review trends, weeks of inventory, and distributor inventory.

  • Maintain the PSI by client (for all brands).

  • Analyze stock-outs of key models and major points of sale (POS).

  • Register existing products.

  • Consolidate and submit data capture forecasts.

  • Prepare sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
