Solano Surf Soccer Club:

Solano Surf Soccer Club is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Youth Goalkeeper Coach to work with our developing goalkeepers in Fairfield, CA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development and committed to creating a positive, fun, and challenging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions
• Teach fundamental and advanced goalkeeping techniques (handling, footwork, positioning, distribution, shot stopping)
• Support goalkeepers during team trainings and games as needed
• Foster confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship in young athletes
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and coaching staff
• Uphold Solano Surf Soccer Club values and player-first philosophy

Qualifications:

• Playing or coaching experience as a goalkeeper (youth, high school, collegiate, or higher preferred)
• Experience working with youth athletes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate young players
• Ability to pass background check and meet SafeSport/US Soccer requirements
• Coaching licenses or goalkeeper certifications are a plus (but not required)
• Employment is contingent upon verifying identity and work authorization (Form I-9).

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part time, evenings and/or weekends.
• This job is in person in Fairfield, CA.
• $40-$50/hour
