Description:

Sojern is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Omaha, NE.  This position will be a technical resource to our field and inside sales teams selling the Sojern Traveler Platform to key travel endemic clients, ad agencies and top global brands.  The role will also work closely with our business development team to integrate new and maintain existing partnerships on our platform.  The Technical Account Manager must be a strong communicator of complex technical concepts, an effective multi-tasker of time sensitive projects and a leader who can recognize problems and deliver solutions with little guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre and post-sales technology solution design and support to clients and ad agencies
  • Lead technical integration and implementation of new partners and maintain existing partner relationships
  • Troubleshoot ad tags, delivery, targeting and pixel implementation
  • Support in-house technology/applications and build innovation to streamline manual, recurring tasks
  • Assist in responses to functional and technical elements of RFPs
  • Generate reporting (SQL) from internal databases

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
  • 2-4 years related professional experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in common web technologies, such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, Flash
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple engagements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of display advertising exchanges, behavioral targeting and performance-based optimization
  • Experience in Turn, Dart for Publishers, Dart Sales Managers and Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with MVC framework and dynamic languages
  • Capable of authoring SQL queries or the ability to learn rapidly
