The role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with major brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. You will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns, driving renewals and upsells while developing and maintaining our partner relationships.



  • In partnership with Sales, ensure our long-term commercial success in Mexico and LATAM

  • Lead the day-to-day, post-sales relationship with a portfolio of existing digital advertising clients

    • Drive renewals and upsells by ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction

    • Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and clients on campaign launches

    • In collaboration with AdOps, analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to ensure client satisfaction

    • Lead post-campaign analysis and review

  • Present campaign results and insights, as well as Quarterly Business Reviews to clients

  • Lead face-to-face and video-conferencing meetings in Spanish; Travel 10-15%

  • Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day processes and larger, high-impact strategic improvements


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

  • 1-3 years in digital advertising in an account/project management related role

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Experience working with clients in Latin America

  • Strong analytical abilities that leverage our data-driven platform to produce successful campaigns

  • Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns on any given day

  • Great time management and organizational skills

  • Solid understanding of the online advertising industry

  • Great with people: ability to work with internal and external teams

  • Experience working in a DSP and with 3rd party ad servers is a plus
