The Role:

Sojern is looking for an experienced digital advertising sales professional to join our Americas Hotel Sales Team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in scaling Sojern’s Hotel Agency business segment through growing established relationships, along with prospecting, pitching, nurturing, and closing new business. You will be responsible for developing, strategizing against, and growing our Hotel Agency Business.

Responsibilities:
  • Scale and grow an existing book of established Hotel Agency Business

  • Identify and engage qualified and interested prospects through outbound sales activities and in-market visits

  • Recommend advertising solutions through a consultative sales approach. Deliver persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of Sojern

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas through new business acquisitions and quarterly revenue growth

  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines, with the ability to report on KPIs, including individual results

  • Foster an energetic and collaborative team environment

What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of sales experience required with at least 1 year of experience in the Hotel Ad Agency and/or Hospitality Industry

  • Ability to build sales plans and RFP responses

  • A fundamental understanding of programmatic advertising

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success

  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Travel and public speaking experience

  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken

  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM, Gsuite, and Office Product
