The Role:

Sojern is looking for an experienced digital advertising sales professional to join our Americas Hotel Sales Team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in scaling Sojern’s Hotel Management Group segment through prospecting, pitching, nurturing, and closing new business. You will develop, strategize against, and grow our West Coast sales territory.


Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale your book of business by identifying and engaging with qualified Hotel Management Group prospects

  • Engage qualified and interested prospects through a high volume of outbound call and email activities

  • Recommend advertising solutions through a consultative sales approach. Deliver persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of Sojern

  • Achieve monthly quota through new business acquisition

  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines, with the ability to report on KPIs, including individual results

  • Identify and make recommendations for improvements around the Sales process, tools, and efficiency

  • Foster an energetic and collaborative team environment

What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of sales experience required (Inside Sales experience preferred), at least 1 of which in the hotels/hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success

  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Must be comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales managers and commercial leadership

  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken

  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM, Gsuite, and Office Products
