The role:

This will be a key role in the US commercial team designed to impact multiple goals -  from revenue generation to product adoption as well as operational excellence across sales, account management and ad operations. The candidate will be a strategic thinker who can effectively analyze existing systems and processes, identify opportunities of improvement, and have the technical and tactical skills to drive change. The role will report directly to the head of account management, but will also have dotted line of sight to the commercial as well as ad operations teams leads.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability, and to push on new product adoption.

  • Track, report and minimize revenue loss due to manual errors in campaign management or flawed campaign structure.

  • Take limited list of existing strategic accounts per region and work alongside  leads to do the extra layer of analyzation, market trends, pricing, optimization, and creative gains

  • Identify accounts that will help impact our 90% of revenue coming from 2+ products and monitoring/checking quality of set-up, and performance updates.

  • Liaise with Ad Operations and Financial Operations as the voice of Account Management, to channel feedback on non-standard advertiser needs, work arounds, and adapting our approach, depending on specifics of the goal and technology, to achieve KPIs.

  • Act as a bridge between SalesOps and Region Leads  to identify new product upsell opportunities for existing clients / agencies, ensuring that the AMs have the right pitch slides and vocabulary.

  • Liaise with Product and Insights to understand and audit customer needs in terms of developing new customer insights, and drive product adoption through insights.

  • Engage clients and Regional Leads to evaluate the success or failure of digital advertising/marketing initiatives, and plans for course correction.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years experience in the programmatic landscape with proven success at running successful campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • A commercial mindset, with proven ability to think outside of the box in order to solve problems.

  • Ability to seamlessly work across internal departments, and to influence senior people.

  • Decisiveness and having your own opinions.

  • Team player.

  • Available to travel.
