We are seeking a Senior Experimentation Analyst to help drive our data driven test and learn culture.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sojern media products, optimization algorithms, and audience building techniques across programmatic display, video, native, SEM, facebook, and meta search.

  • Work closely with product, data science, and operations teams to identify and prioritize performance optimization experiments and lead ideation, design and implementation of A/B tests

  • Own the backlog of experiments and communicate the test and learn roadmap with results regularly with leadership teams and ensure proper test setup and execution

  • Establish cause & effect, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision-making

  • Document, design, and execute experiments within and across multiple digital advertising platforms to drive incremental performance

  • Propose and test various marketing attribution models across integrated channels to optimize ROI

  • Produce ad hoc analyses to aid the team in understanding customer behavior, develop POV’s and drive decision-making


You will be great at:

  • Leveraging technical expertise to effectively partner with engineering teams to rapidly deliver high quality tests and productize winning tests


You will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or physics.  Master’s degree strongly preferred

  • 4 years+ experience of relevant experience as a data analyst, including experimentation

  • Experience in online media, e-commerce, SaaS, and/or programmatic advertising

  • Experience with Adwords, facebook, Doubleclick, and other ad technologies a  strong plus

  • Strong data and analytical skills with an A/B testing mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights & recommendations

  • Technical skills including SQL, Tableau, Python, and R
