Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of the Salesforce platform and all related extensions and data used in system integrations. A successful candidate will be an expert in Salesforce.com features, design solutions, and integration. This position is the liaison between Management, Operations, Product Management, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and end-users to ensure that the system meets business processes and keeps pace with changes operations, policies and/or procedures.

 

  • Manage new user setup, profiles, custom objects, record types, page layouts, and validation rules

  • Assist with the management of complex workflow rules, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Apex code

  • Gather requirements and manage the release process to deliver and communicate enhancements to the Salesforce platform stakeholders

  • Provide end user support and training

  • Create and maintain technical documentation on system configuration and support resources

  • Seek out ways to utilize new Salesforce features and functionality to improve processes

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in related field

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications preferred

  • SQL experience

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
