You are a driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn individual, who is looking to build a career in digital advertising.  As an entry-level Sales Support Representative, you will be a key player in supporting and streamlining our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to support assigned Sales Executives (S/AEs) with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, prospecting research, help with prospecting and customer connection. 

  • Identify and investigate qualified leads on leading travel websites using online research to establish hotel prospects and corresponding contact info. Focus will be on both US and International markets, regarding Sojern’s advertising solutions. 

  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines; Follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing and cross-functional operations

  • Develop internal relationships with stakeholders such as Sales AEs, Ad Ops Account Managers (AMs), and Product AMs.

  • Own Salesforce data entry for Contacts, Products and Schedules of the assigned Sales AEs’ Opportunities.

  • Reach out as needed to connect clients with necessary stakeholder.
