You are a driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn individual, who is looking to build a career in digital advertising.  As a Sales Support Representative, you will be a key player in supporting and streamlining our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to support assigned Sales Managers with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, Order Generation, Salesforce platform administration and help with prospecting and customer connection. 

  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce, with Sojern’s architecture and guidelines; Follow Sojern sales processes, products, pricing and cross-functional operations

  • Develop internal relationships with stakeholders such as Global SSRs, Sales Managers, Ad Ops Account Managers (AMs)

  • Own Salesforce data entry for Contacts, Products and Schedules of the assigned Sales Managers’ Opportunities.

  • Reach out as needed to connect clients with necessary stakeholder.


What you bring to the table:

  • At least 1 year of general business or sales support experience.

  • Experienced in usage of SFDC system and functionalities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong resolve and unwavering persistence.

  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.

  • Entrepreneurial spirited.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Desire to grow, learn and advance within the Sales support pillar.
