Grow current book of Attraction business while simultaneously closing new accounts.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships internally as well as with major Attractions (client direct and agencies).
Deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and effectively demonstrate Sojern’s value proposition.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales revenue targets (must have fun while doing this).
Keeps a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
Experience in online ad sales or working in support of a sales team.
5 years of relevant experience
Experience working with DMO’s or Attractions is a bonus but will hire talent with a strong track record over a rolodex.
Track record of client facing relationships with a wide variety of clients and agencies.
Self-motivated and exhibits strong self-management.
Works smart with a sense of urgency.
Lives to aggressively compete with unmatched work ethic during the day to strike a strong work life balance outside the office.
Embraces the art of customer service and communication.
Ability to multitask and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Proficiency in standard business and sales software required.
SalesForce experience highly preferred and at a minimum embraced.
Travel is required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Strong presentation and PPT skills.
