The Role:

We are looking to hire a Sales Development Support Representative based in our Dublin office. You will have the opportunity to work with major brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment.

You are a driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn individual, who is looking to build a career in digital advertising.  As an entry-level Sales Development Support Representative, you will be a key player in supporting and streamlining our pre-sales operations. Your primary focus in this role will be to excel at lead qualification/nurturing, along with identifying and generating new business leads and to support assigned Sales Executives and Market Managers with customer and campaign data entry into Salesforce, prospecting research, help with prospecting and customer connection. 


Sales Development (70% of Role)

  • Ownership of the 0-10% stage of the Sojern sales funnel.

  • Data mining through Sojern data partner channels (Online Travel Agencies/ Booking Engines) to identify prospects across all hospitality segments and EMEA regions.

  • Lead list building, profiling and qualification against commercial sensitivity tables.

  • Lead management and distribution to the Account Sales team.

  • Understand the online distribution landscape for the hospitality sector and keep abreast of new developments and emerging technologies.

  • Work closely with Account Sales Executives to build a lead generation strategy for all EMEA markets.

  • Achieve set monthly, quarterly and annual lead volume targets.


Sales Support (30% of Role)

  • Create and process customer agreements through Salesforce adhering to Sojern process guidelines for products, pricing and scheduling.

  • Create and manage support and tech op cases where needed to assist the Account Sales team in developing and closing opportunities.

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders within the Sales Support, Tech Op’s, Account Management and Product teams in EMEA, US & APAC.

  • Achieve set quality metrics for customer agreement and support case handling


What you bring to the table:

  • At least 1-2 years of general business or sales experience preferably in a hotel sales, revenue or distribution environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong resolve and unwavering persistence.

  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work within a highly motivated and success driven team

  • Entrepreneurial spirited

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
