The Role:

We are aggressively growing our Property Solutions Sales team and we need the best of the best. We are seeking a passionate go-getter that excels at lead qualification & nurturing, as well as generating new business from a large prospect pool. Our customers are independent and boutique hoteliers who have a need for our targeted digital advertising solutions.

Ideal candidate will have multiple language skills (Spanish and English at minimum), an existing network of hotelier contacts, and be willing to travel frequently as needed within Mexico, Central, and South America.



  • Identify and engage qualified leads regarding Sojern’s advertising solutions

  • Recommend advertising solutions to independent,  boutique, & select branded hotels in a clear and concise manner

  • Achieve monthly quota by combining new acquisitions with advantageous upsell



  • 3-5 years of general business or sales experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish, English

  • High Energy partnered with a Positive Attitude

  • Entrepreneurial spirited

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
