  • Identify trendsetter ideas and keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the Attractions ecosystem by researching pertinent information channels, attending relative industry and Attraction marketing events and opportunities which add value to the company’s Attraction offering and position within the Attractions vertical.Supply management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, opportunities and potential for new products and services to same.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Aggressively pursue customer leads through cold calling and close commercial relationships with Attraction clients relative to our company’s offering and value proposition.

  • Screen potential client relationships by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial implications; legal requirements, evaluation of options; resolving internal priorities; recommending plausible client investments and rate structures to maintain and protect the company’s margin position.

  • Instigate and drive productive direct client and agency meetings to ensure the company’s offering remains well positioned in the consideration and planning cycle.

  • Effectively negotiate strategies and winning sales positions by studying and applying integration of the company’s offering and resources; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Close new business and maintain and grow current business by working independently and in concert with other sales teams, clients and other internal teams to coordinate requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and prepare status reports. Monitor, score and share achievements and actions while maintaining a current opportunity pipeline.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and (or) appropriate or satisfactory outcomes.



  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven sales ability in the digital marketing and ad sales space and preferably programmatic.

  • Deep understanding of the digital selling arena ideally with a background in travel and or Attractions.

  • Adept consultative selling and active listening skills, proven closing skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, strong communication and organization skills.

  • High adoption and subsequent knowledge of the company’s products and abilities.

  • Deep ability and demonstrated skill using sales SaaS and Google workflow platforms.

  • Strong core selling acumen; prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, forecasting, market knowledge, solid presentation skills.

  • Builder of quality relationships, high energy level, goal focused, professional, self directed and motivated to achieve success.



  • 8 + years minimum experience in online/digital ad sales

  • Experience working with DMO’s or Attractions is a bonus but will hire talent with a strong track record over a rolodex

  • Track record of client facing relationships with a wide variety of clients and agencies

  • Self-motivated and exhibits strong self-management

  • Works smart with a sense of urgency

  • Lives to aggressively compete with unmatched work ethic during the day to strike a strong work life balance outside the office

  • Embraces the art of customer service and communication

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software required

  • SalesForce experience highly preferred and at a minimum embraced

  • Travel is required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
