The role:

As the Account Manager within our EMEA team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with major brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining our partner relationships.

  • Traffic and optimise campaigns to deliver great results for our clients

  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution including pacing, performance, and profit margin, via internal tools DSPs, and Salesforce

  • Analyse campaign performance data and implement optimisations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal

  • Attend client meetings and prepare and deliver presentations to both agencies and clients directly

  • Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes and larger, high-impact strategic improvements

  • Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet client’s goals

  • Make recommendations for campaign improvement to sales and clients, including providing feedback on creative and placement performance

  • Resolve customer and operational problems during campaigns, providing general technical support on products

  • Provide high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related area

  • 2 – 4 years campaign / account management experience, ideally Ad Tech / Programmatic

  • An intimate understanding of the ad-tech landscape and key players on both the buy and sell sides

  • Ability to manage the challenges of working in the region and juggle multiple major accounts whilst providing excellent client service

  • Experience with some or all of the following platforms tools: DBM, DCM, Turn, Salesforce,

  • A keen interest or understanding of the Programmatic, Exchange, Network & Display space; Programmatic preferred but not required

  • Strong analytical ability that leverages our data-driven platform to produce successful campaigns

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and client services potential

  • Highly developed computer skills with experience using MS Excel and Powerpoint, Google applications; SQL and JavaScript preferred but not required

  • Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done

  • Fluency in Spanish and Itialian is preferred
