The Position:

Sojern is looking for a hands-on, multi-talented full-time Production Coordinator & Designer to orchestrate day-to-day scheduling and coordination of creative projects, and own production design of internal and client creative for the Creative and Marketing team--50/50 time split between coordination and design work. This is a high-growth opportunity where you will report to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and client creative queue including: gathering info/assets, assigning creative resources, status reporting, scheduling and timelines
  • Align internal team members on projects and assign Creative team resources
  • Coordinate approvals and status reporting, ensuring the highest quality
  • Source vendors and coordinate print / online production
  • Support in the production and updating of internal and client creative (product sheets, case studies, presentations, display ads)
  • Organize and maintain creative archive and reference library

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience coordinating creative projects
  • 1+ years experience in web and print production design and/or a good portfolio
  • Graphic design skills primarily in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
  • Basic web development skills in CSS, HTML ideal
  • Knowledge of print and online production processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks and technologies
  • A self-starter personality
  • Collaborative and creative problem solver
  • Detail-oriented

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with JavaScript, ActionScript, and WordPress
  • Understanding of UI/UX theory
