The Job:

Sojern is looking for a dynamic part-time office manager and finance assistant to work 20 to 30 hours per week to add to our incredible team in Omaha.  We are a rapidly growing company and we want you to be part of this amazing growth and expansion.  We have an incredible product and exceptional employees.  Sojern is the place to be!  Join us in providing the best experience for our employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist Finance with general accounting tasks, invoicing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations

Order office supplies, food, snacks and beverages

Assist with new hires and onboarding

Assist with event planning and celebrations

Arrange meals for business meetings as needed

Assist with special projects

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Assist with HR duties

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant major 

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

An outstanding focus on achieving a high level of customer service and organization

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail skills a must

Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
