This role will be based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own our enterprise [internal] analytics, business reporting and BI platform, program strategy and vision that aligns the organization and technology teams to effectively plan and deliver efficient internal intelligence, reporting and benchmarking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business intelligence and reporting needs, and work with Analysts to formulate and complete processes that enable end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, data defining, analysis, reporting, dashboarding, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

  • Recommend technologies that can enhance the use of existing data and identify missing data elements that can/should be added to improve the value of our intelligence, reports and analysis to provide more concrete insights.

  • Be an innovator with demonstrated ability to craft a vision, get people excited by ideas and take action quickly

  • Help create use cases, user stories, mockups, and detailed product requirement documents that clearly articulate desired functionality

  • Develop company standards for effective data visualization and [internal] reporting

  • Define and govern company-wide metrics, data sources and analytics operations to eliminate discrepancies and ensure quality
     

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field

  • Minimum 7 years of PM or engineering experience working with data analytics and reporting

  • 3+ years in people management preferred.

  • Experience building reporting systems for enterprise users

  • Must have experience with relational databases and BI tools: Excel,  SQL, Tableau

  • Experience integrating or developing Analytics and/or BI solutions highly desirable

  • Strong initiative, high energy, and impeccable integrity

  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and develop clear, concise, synthesized recommendations

  • Ability to work well across the organization with a strong appreciation for product development and technical teams

  • Distinctive problem solving skills and impeccable business judgment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and Proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
