Role

  • Join a dynamic hard working team focused on becoming the MEA regions leading programmatic travel provider 

  • Candidate will be part of the MEA team based out of Dubai but will work across the region and be willing to travel

  • Grow and develop a portfolio of client direct hotel business within the MEA region

  • Identify industry leading ideas and keep abreast of best practices within the media and travel industry by researching pertinent information channels and attending relative industry marketing events 

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Pursue customer leads through cold calling and close commercial relationships with hotels, hospitality and tourism clients relative to our company’s offering and value proposition.

  • Instigate and drive productive direct client meetings to ensure the company’s offering remains well positioned in the consideration and planning cycle.

  • Effectively negotiate strategies and winning sales positions by studying and applying integration of the company’s offering and resources; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Work closely with the Dubai team and other company resources around the globe to develop client winning strategies

 

Qualifications

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven sales ability in digital marketing and ad sales space, preferably programmatic.

  • Adept consultative selling and active listening skills, proven closing skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, strong communication and organization skills.

  • Strong core selling acumen; prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, forecasting, market knowledge, solid presentation skills.

  • Builder of quality relationships, high energy level, goal focused, professional, self directed and motivated to achieve success.

 

Requirements

  • 5 + years experience in online ad sales 

  • Experience working with travel and hospitality clients 

  • Strong presentation skills required. Candidate will be expected to present to C-level execs

  • Self-motivated and exhibits strong self-management

  • Works smart with a sense of urgency

  • Embraces the art of customer service and communication

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software required

  • Travel is required
