The role:

This is a finance business partner role for an internal business unit: Adphorus. The person on this role works closely with the CEO of Adphorus located in Istanbul, Turkey, the SVP of the parent company and other senior leaders, responsible for all financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting, and other key corporate FP&A functions. This role is an essential part of the FP&A team and reports to the Senior Director of FP&A, Enterprise Solutions.



  • Serve as Business Unit’s FP&A business partner to the Adphorus business leaders and his global commercial, operations, marketing and product heads to lead all key finance functions such as: Planning, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, ad hoc Financial Analysis & Analytics, Financial dashboarding and KPIs.

  • Be able to provide clear advice on commercial strategy based on a sound analysis and understanding of likely financial impacts

  • Reforecast weekly as well as lead annual budgeting process for the BU

  • Assist with preparation of Board Materials and other management reporting materials

  • Work cross function with operations and accounting team on goalling and commissions planning, accrual calculation and variable payout; improve and/or automate the existing process as necessary

  • Drive Adaptive (CPM tool) enhancement, adoption, and integration with other systems across the organization


Base Requirements:

  • BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA.  Requires deep understanding of accounting not just finance.

  • 8-10+ years of FP&A experience with a fast growing company

  • Excellent experience with Adaptive Planning as an administrator or superuser

  • Proven project management skills

  • Excel pro with systematic, database approach to modeling

  • Collaborative and creative problem solver.  This is a currently a sole-contributor position but you will need to interact and develop relationships with leaders around the company.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication ability, including presentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented and can prove it.

  • Desire to be a part of an exceptional team that is scaling a growing business.


Desired Skills:

  • Prior finance business partner or division controller experience in a commercial environment

  • Prior Adaptive Planning implementation experience

  • Prior Netsuite and Tableau experience is a plus
