The Role:

You are an experienced and entrepreneurial professional with a deep background in adtech, business development, business strategy, and process creation. You are an expert at ideating, launching, and scaling new business initiatives. You are naturally drawn to the digital marketing and travel industries and can have a vision for where they are headed. You embrace a role with a high degree of measurable accountability. You have built a career deeply understanding how to meet customer needs through innovative product solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a variety of new initiatives, including new product solutions and media channels, from conception to planning to building to launching to scaling.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering and Commercial teams during all phases of a new initiative. Lead without formal authority, where appropriate.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop and execute a go-to-market plan, to ensure product-market fit with any new initiatives. Actively engage customers to review use cases, discuss business requirements, and get feedback on solutions.

  • Work with Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to build a cohesive and compelling narrative (presentations, marketing content, etc.) to help sell new initiatives to customers

  • Become the “product expert” on new initiatives, able to answer detailed questions from internal stakeholders and customers alike.

  • Partner with Product Management to build and manage the product roadmap for new initiatives.

  • Evaluate, negotiate and facilitate integration with new business partnerships with adtech players (data partners, DSPs, etc.)

What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in adtech, building and leading new initiatives and strategies, with a firm understanding of digital media.

  • Knowledge of the travel industry and travel marketing a plus

  • Must have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail

  • Equally willing to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data as you are managing others to do the same

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high EQ

  • B.S. or B.A. in Software Engineering, Marketing or Finance
