About the role:

Adphorus is looking for a Customer Success Manager, based in our Singapore office to add to our APAC travel commercial team. The CSM is responsible for the management of advertiser campaigns on Facebook. You will employ Adphorus' proven Marketing Science approach to help us service and support our clients by contributing to client strategy and partnering with sales to deliver on company sales targets.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients and build relationships with heads of business, marketing departments and partners

  • Understand the client’s business objectives and develop a Facebook strategy by identifying areas of opportunity to help clients drive brand awareness, increase booking and revenue and support customer loyalty

  • Proactively provide campaign strategies and recommendations to wow potential clients and grow current clients.

  • Regularly track client accounts, analyze data to keep optimizing, and prepare performance reports for clients.

  • Provide insights to improve tools, process and yield

  • Provide Facebook training to clients, deliver account management for our platform, analyse data and provide proactive recommendations

  • Partner closely with internal Adphorus teams to drive platform innovation, client success and company growth

  • Embrace a results-oriented and data-driven approach  

  • Coordinate closely with the Adphorus sales team to expand our market presence

  • Support sales team on all active opportunities and trials

  • Join sales meetings as subject matter expert for Facebook

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Native or bilingual in English

  • Fluent in English, other language fluency a plus

  • Experience in digital Performance Advertising is a MUST

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the online advertising industry, experience managing facebook campaigns or working with a FMP is an added bonus

  • Understands Facebook ad models, targetings and campaign optimisation

  • Strong analytical abilities and ability to identify key results and critical solutions that support campaign & business objectives

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients/ projects at a time while paying strict attention to deliverables

  • Self motivated who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote and the Google suite of products

  • achelor’s degree preferably from a quantitative subject
