We are looking for a talented attorney who has experience working in-house within the advertising technology industry. You will work in a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative and motivated legal department that values integrity, humor and teamwork.
Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities for Sojern’s commercial, business development and product teams.
Administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.
Template and playbook development, review, maintenance and administration.
What you bring to the table:
J.D. degree, or international law degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including 2+ years experience working in-house in the ad tech space
Clear, crisp communication skills, exceptional judgment, and a practical, business-minded approach are essential for success in this role.
Experience collaborating, navigating, and advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
