The Role:

  • Proactively audit campaign set-up to ensure optimal settings across thousands of client campaigns and multiple platforms

  • Work within Sojern’s platforms to remedy errors and communicate trends to Analyst and Account Management team.

  • Work with Account Management, Sales, and other teams to refine processes ensuring clean data entry and campaign setup

  • Create best practice documentation and rollout your techniques to the Account Managers and Ad Operations team members.

  • Bring these learnings to the Analyst and Product teams.  Work with the Analyst team to communicate learnings to Product and Engineering team.

  • Communicate your insights and techniques to multiple internal stakeholders; diligent written and excellent presentation skills are key.

  • Identify additional areas of campaign setup and data entry that would benefit from an audit.

  • Be rigorously data-driven in every aspect of your work, insights, communications and proofs.

 

Experience:

  • 1-2 years relevant analytical experience

  • Microsoft Excel power user; SQL/equivalent language experience

Education:

  • BS or MS in Finance, Marketing, Business, Applied Math, Statistics, or practical equivalent is preferred.
