The Role:

Sojern is looking for an Associate Account Manager to add to our Enterprise Solutions Commercial team and support our continued expansion across Asia-Pacific, specifically Southeast Asia.

As an Associate Account Manager based in Singapore, you will have the opportunity to work with major brands/advertisers on their performance and/or brand-based campaigns and influence their online travel-related advertising strategy.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Ad Operations to address your clients’ needs and ensure their advertising campaigns are successfully launched and managed to meet goals and objectives

  • Provide campaign performance analysis and optimisations/recommendations through reporting/presentations and/or client quarterly business reviews to drive upsells and client renewal/retention

  • Partner with Sales to provide high-quality client servicing centered around flexibility, choice and education using Sojern’s product capabilities

  • Work closely with your internal teams on day-to-day operational processes to ensure larger, high-impact strategic improvement


What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or Finance a plus)

  • 2-3 years campaign/account management experience (ad-tech preferably)

  • Programmatic experience and/or knowledge of of online advertising programmatic technology -- including ad server technologies, demand-side platforms (DoubleClick DART for Publishers, MediaMind, Sizmek, Atlas, Turn, AppNexus, Mediamath), etc

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and analytical abilities

  • Able to attend client meetings and manage multiple campaigns on any given day with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Great time management and organisational skills

  • Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done

  • Strong team-player spirit - ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Developed skills using MS Excel and Powerpoint and Google applications



  • Understanding of the online advertising landscape and trends in Southeast Asia

  • Experience with other systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, etc)

  • Knowledge of Bahasa languages in Asia
