The Role:

  • Develop and optimize processes which contribute to running campaigns at expected margins and performance metrics out of the APAC region

  • Become an expert in testing new products/theories on all campaign types

  • Proactively dive into underperforming campaigns to identify core issues

  • Create processes to track outcomes of optimizations to show value of the changes.

  • Create best practices documentation and rollout your techniques to the Account Managers and AdOps team members in the Singapore office.

  • Provide insight to Analyst team on region specific functionality that can be built into automated systems and optimization

  • Work with Analyst/Product/Engineering to set-up and monitor progress of new product testing/roll-out.

  • Develop Tableau dashboards that allow leadership to view the business in a meaningful way and allow the AdOps team to more efficiently perform day-to-day responsibilities

  • Communicate your insights and techniques to multiple internal stakeholders; diligent written and excellent presentation skills are key.

  • Be rigorously Data Driven in every aspect of your work, insights, communications and proofs



  • 3-4 years relevant analytical experience

  • Microsoft Excel power user; SQL/equivalent language experience

  • Experience with one of: AppNexus, MediaMath, DBM or other equivalent display ad delivery DSP.

  • BS or MS in Finance,  Business, Applied Math, Statistics, or practical equivalent is preferred.
