Job Description

Sojern is looking for experienced Account Managers ready to take the next step in their careers.  We are hiring an AM manager to lead our hotel vertical team.  This position will partner with our hotel General Manager on sales and campaign strategy, supervise a team of AMs, and own the campaign management and optimization of the largest hotel brands in the world including Hilton Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.  To thrive, candidates must be able to build and develop a team and have deep experience in online media that includes direct response oriented ad networks/exchanges.


–       Partner with hotel GM and AEs on sales and campaign strategy.

–       Build, lead and develop AM team focused on hotel vertical.

–       Traffic, manage and optimize direct response oriented advertising campaigns.

–       Analyze and interpret performance data to drive optimization and insights reporting.

–       Provide high quality customer service and support to clients.

–       Provide strategies and recommendations to earn renewal and upsell business.

–       Provide campaign strategies and brainstorm new ideas and concepts to wow potential clients and grow current clients.



–       Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

–       Experience managing and optimizing ad network/exchange campaigns for 5+ years.

–       Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and formulating recommendations.

–       Excellent communication and organization skills.

–       Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

–       Ability to interpret business partner and client objectives, identify next steps and execute with minimal supervision.

–       Technical skills preferred include Doubleclick ad server, Turn or similar DSP, MS Excel,, HTML, SQL

–       Proven track record of exceeding expectations.

–       Willing to travel if necessary.
