We are aggressively growing our Property Solutions Account Management team and we need the best of the best. We are seeking a passionate go-getter that excels at campaign execution with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers. Our customers are independent and boutique hoteliers who have a need for our targeted digital advertising solutions.

The Role:

As an Account Manager within our Singapore team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with major brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. You will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining our partner relationships.

  • Traffic and optimize campaigns to deliver great results for our clients

  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution including pacing, performance, and profit margin, via internal tools DSPs, and Salesforce

  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal

  • Attend client meetings and prepare and deliver presentations to both agencies and clients directly

  • Partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes and larger, high-impact strategic improvements

  • Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet client’s goals

  • Make recommendations for campaign improvement to sales and clients, including providing feedback on creative and placement performance

  • Resolve customer and operational problems during campaigns, providing general technical support on products

  • Provide high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related area

  • At least 1-2 years campaign / account management experience

  • An understanding of the ad-tech landscape

  • Ability to manage the challenges of working in the region and juggle multiple accounts whilst providing excellent client service

  • Experience with some or all of the following platforms: DBM, DCM, Salesforce

  • Experience running or managing Search Marketing campaigns in AdWords/Bing a plus

  • A keen interest or understanding of the Programmatic, Exchange, Network & Display space

  • Strong analytical ability that leverages our data-driven platform to produce successful campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Additional regional language a plus:  Mandarin, Bahasa, Cantonese, Thai.
