L2 Support Engineer - NYC

We are looking for an exceptional L2 Support Engineer to work with our cross-functional team in New York City, and join our world-class community of talented experts.  

In this role, you will:

  • Provide L2 application support to clients for payments
  • Troubleshoot software application issues (analyze issues, conduct root cause analysis)
  • Run queries to look for inconsistencies in payments databases
  • Serve as the point person for issue management from a payments perspective

Core to this need are:

  • Payments domain knowledge
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great problem-solving ability

Ideally you will also have:

  • Scripting knowledge
