We are looking for an exceptional Java Developer to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in New York, NY. Core to this need are:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience writing Java APIs
- Familiarity with Fedwire, ACH, Faster or SWIFT Payment formats is highly desirable
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Distributed systems, Low-latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
- Experience building transactional systems and the strong understanding of software architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders Comfort with agile operating models
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kafka, MongoDB or Spring
- Experience with AWS
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a highly preferred
