Director of Strategy and Solutions

And to do this we need great transformational people that want to impact the projects and organizations that they work with.

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Strategy and Solutions to lead and drive conversations with new potential clients, understand their needs, position Softvision and our value proposition confidently, and build a team that effectively supports the sales effort and maximizes conversion.  This person will be leading the Strategy and Solutions team, which brings a digital product mindset into client conversations, can lead workshop-style interactions, and ensure the right technology, industry and domain expertise is in the room to tell the right story to clients.  


  • Lead executive-level conversations with potential clients to position Softvision and sell of vision of how our capabilities deliver to their business needs

  • Implement a team and process that scales to support a large pipeline of B2B opportunities

  • Be able to navigate our teams to identify and involve the right experts within the company for relevant client opportunities

  • Support the sales team, ensure a path to close, and maximize conversion

  • Understand how to navigate a client to qualify opportunities, and ensure the right decision-makers are part of the conversation

  • Understand our capabilities, and tell the right client stories that apply to the opportunity at hand

  • Drive a team culture that expects success, is positive, and gives people the ability to grow, take ownership, and have fun.

  • Ensure pricing and proposals are in-line with expectations and lead to profitable client relationships.

  • Lead the Strategy, Solutions, and research team

You will also need to:

  • Undergraduate Degree with a background of leadership

  • MBA or business experience showing thought leadership and expertise across a variety of topics

  • Understand digital services and agile product development

  • Have Command skills

  • Be dynamic and able to drive a conversation without a script

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Be an “athlete” with the ability to navigate a business environment, handle yourself under pressure, and be a brand ambassador.
