Delivery Director

We are looking for an exceptional Deliver Director to deliver a technical business strategy to existing and potential clients. The DD will be responsible for evaluating the status of our clients and setting realistic expectations with our clients. They will take ownership of getting new client programs off the ground, and staying close to ensure successful delivery, and ultimately account growth.  This role plays a big part in our success with our clients and also addressing/resolving any issues that may come up. This person will also be responsible for building new relationships in concert with focusing on business development. You will need to be knowledgeable with IT Service Solutions, and also have a digital product mindset to drive the conversations with the client.


  • Provide oversight of entire Softvision team for the account
  • Liaise on with Delivery and Technology to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Ensure that Softvision delivery strategy matches the client expectations
  • Evaluate account status bi-weekly and deliver an action plan in partnership with the local Delivery team 
  • Resolve any escalated issues
  • People management for all US-based resources on portfolio accounts
  • Provide motivation and direction to the team involved in the accounts to ensure
  • Successful fulfillment. Delegate responsibilities appropriately and empower team members to deliver results
  • Partner with local delivery teams to ensure adequate scope, cost, metrics and quality management
  • Manage expectations with the client as well as internal delivery teams

Financial Management

  • Booking commitment reports and Monthly bookings (US Dollar and Openings) by Sales Ops
  • Partner with globally Delivery Director on account financial planning and reporting
  • Monitor and resolve any financial issues

Business Development

  • Accountable, along with the portfolio team, for achieving the account financial targets and KPIs
  • Create and update the account plan regularly and ensure BD is aware of changes
  • within clients
  • Alert the BD team to opportunities for further sales within the client
  • Promote all Softvision lines of services within the client
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collect and coordinate farming activities with the account delivery team
  • Measure and drive action towards client satisfaction
  • A single point of escalation for the account
  • Spend 75+% of time onsite at clients

Job Qualifications:

  • A product and agile mindset. Focus on delivering tangible business outcomes to customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on and an organized approach to work
  • Goal-oriented and with high standards, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication (spoken/written), negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the client's business, stakeholders and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Be an “athlete” with the ability to navigate a business environment, handle yourself under pressure, and be a brand ambassador.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in client delivery leadership role
  • 7+ years of experience as product/development lead in a large development environment
  • An Agile mindset with experience working in diverse and complex digital product roadmaps
  • A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
