We are looking for an exceptional Android Engineer to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:

  • Working knowledge of Android automation, build and test processes

  • Mobile product analytics

  • Design, write, maintain, and debug software for large & complex mobile applications

  • Uphold standards for quality by performing code reviews, fixing bugs, creating tests, and profiling code

  • Become proficient with our code base and multiple languages (Java, Javascript, Kotlin)

  • Collaborate with a geographically distributed development team

  • Job requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong coding skills in at least one of the following: Java, Kotlin, C/C++

  • Have experience building and shipping native mobile applications

  • Have understanding of web technologies (JS, CSS, DOM, HTML)

  • Have the ability to learn and be effective with a large code base

Ideally To have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
  • 3 years experience in Android
  • An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
  • A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
  • A natural curiosity for new scripting languages , frameworks and technologies 
  • High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc)
