Smith Brothers Farms, a leading producer and deliverer of milk to homes, schools, and business in the Puget Sound area for more than 100 years, is seeking Plant Machine Operators to join the team at their dairy plant in Kent, WA.

• Multiple shifts available:
  • 1st shift: 3:00am -11:30am Monday - Friday
  • 2nd shift: 1:30pm -10:00pm Monday - Friday
  • Vacation relief (Weekdays, weekends, evenings - as required)

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues.
• Must be able to multitask.
• This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug tests, including THC.

Physical requirements:

• Frequently lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in plant conditions.

General duties/responsibilities:

• Learn and operate all fillers and raw/pasteurized systems.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Work cooperatively with management & colleagues.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Secure all equipment when not in use.
• Duties as assigned.
