Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company’s marketing initiatives and setting marketing strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce SmartPay communications for consumers and for business partners

  • Develop multi-channel plan to support the business unit’s overall goals and mission and Marketing strategy.

  • Oversee Marketing of B2B2C programs designed to acquire and retain customers acquired through mobile and electronic retailers; both through physical locations and ecommerce platforms

  • Create and manage  all SmartPay sales support materials, messaging of the company vision, positioning of new and existing offerings, training documentation, maintain templates

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of marketing experience

  • Team player able to drive collaboration for well rounded and speedy results.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a willingness to try new things.

  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and meticulous organization.

  • Excellent analytical skills with creative/entrepreneurial tendencies and an ability to accept wide responsibilities easily with minimal direct supervision are essential to be successful in the position. Proven track record of turning data into successful strategic and tactical marketing plans.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a proven track record of leadership across departments and functions with proven business results. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.

  • Knowledge of effective customer experience protocol and an ability to effectively communicate product attributes and benefits a built in part of the customer experience

  • Knowledge of overall marketing communication trends in B2B and B2C programs.  Must understand customer trends/insights and translate these insights into successful marketing programs with a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to communicate with our customers.

  • Ability to judge effective creative execution from internal and external resources.

  • Desire and proven ability to learn as much as possible about the target customer segment so as to create maximum value for that segment
