Field Account Manager

As a Field Account Manager, we want you to leverage your outstanding interpersonal skills to bring an open, interactive dynamic approach to dealer relations. You will manage a territory of dealers across a variety of channel partners, to maximize results. In order to achieve desired results, you will work closely with your Regional Sales Director, to manage relationships effectively and spend the majority of your time working directly with business owners and their sales team.
Roles & responsibilities:
Utilize the majority of your time visiting retail stores and gaining buy-in from dealer principals and their sales staff.
Work alongside your Regional Sales Director to identify which accounts need attention in different areas of their business in order to obtain the desired results.
Build relationships with established dealers to drive margin and improve the store’s operational efficiency.
Drive results while building strong relationships with dealer principals as well carrier and distributor contacts.
Effectively communicate product enhancements and changes, to support our team and measure the effectiveness of our programs
Take part in changing the landscape of SmartPay’s rapidly growing business.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience/education
5 years of sales experience; prior account management experience in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred
Excellent leadership, communication (especially phone conversation), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to commit to 50% travel
