We are building a company that provides a financial alternative to consumers who either do not qualify for, or who prefer not to use traditional financing. We are looking for an Customer Service/Returns Specialist to join our amazing support team. Our platform is used by national mobile phone retailers through direct integrations at retail stores and online through consumer-facing sites.



Join a Customer Support team that helps hundreds of thousands of customers. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service/Returns Specialist who is a quick learner to join the support team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is customer focused, highly organized and detail oriented. The individual must have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-pace, fluid environment

You will be helping our customers by processing returned items from customers. You will own our returns process, keeping track of and organizing items that are returned, contacting customers about their returns (via our CRM and occasionally by phone), and shipping items to/working with our buyer. You will also work on customer escalations from our call centers. 



- Required, 1+ years of Customer Service experience 

- Required, experience with a CRM software, e.g Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. 

- Required, experience with Google Docs/Microsoft Office

- Strongly Preferred, experience with Excel/Google Sheets
