Cold-calling or prospecting experience is preferred, but not required.  

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As a member of the Direct sales team, you’ll be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to financial advisors to educate them on the key value propositions of the SmartAdvisor platform.  Responsibilities include:

 

  • Making cold calls, sending outbound emails, and following up with advisors

  • Collaborating with company leadership to vet and research different strategies for improving customer education

  • Providing accurate reporting in CRM system

  • Applying feedback quickly with thoughtful preparation ahead of weekly 1:1s with your manager

  • Becoming an expert in the financial advisor industry to better help advisors and identify new opportunities to help them
