1st shift Building Maintenance Technician – Automotive
The building maintenance technician position is responsible for performing various building maintenance duties and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Perform diversified set of duties to maintain the facility and some of the plant facility’s equipment. Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair some plumbing activities. Provide emergency/unscheduled building maintenance issues that may arise. Working knowledge of industrial building maintenance activities, including using safety requirements when operating in upper level activities as well as ground activities. Experience with a Scissor Lift, Boom and Hi-Lo is required. Be mechanically inclined, ability to work as a team or individually with minimal supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm with some overtime (Fridays and/or Saturdays)
