What you will do

• Partner closely with your cross-functional peers, own slices of the product end-to-end and impact the roadmap for a new mobile bank

• Lead a team of highly motivated engineers, mentor and grow them

• Drive the technical vision and ensure adherence to best engineering practices 

• Foster a DevOps culture that releases multiple times a day

• Provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment

• Work on interesting and complex technical challenges

• Write high-quality, clean and well tested code

What you will bring along

• 8+ years experience as a software engineer

• Experience leading teams

• Strong knowledge of at least two programming languages, preferably Go, Rust, Typescript or Scala

• A passion for learning and growing, yourself and your team

• A desire to influence and shape the product and work closely with cross-functional peers
