Sales and Marketing Assistant

From its origin in 1999, ShowingTime has automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across North America, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data. We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to help us continue to support market demand for our products. In this role you will provide support to our marketing and sales groups by contributing to the maintenance of sales-related data, data systems and data governance. This will primarily require accurate data entry into Salesforce with direction from our VP of Marketing and VP of Sales.
Those positioned for success in this role will:
- Quickly and accurately perform data entry and clean-up in Salesforce.
- Demonstrates a love of the phone with ability to answer sales phones in an energetic, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
- Generate and ultimately create reports in Salesforce and ensure accuracy.
- Work on special projects using Excel reports as assigned.
- Demonstrate professional written and spoken grammar.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize, plan and take initiative. Works well in a multi-departmental organization/team.
