What you'll do
At TradeTracker Netherlands, based in Almere, we are looking for a unique talent to hold the position of Head of Industry. As Head of Industry your main focus is to provide superior client service, lead a team of Account Managers and support them to offer the best affiliate marketing service. You will execute overall management of the client relationship on larger accounts and advise them on long term strategy and recommendations to ensure the client's marketing needs are met. Additionally you will add value for new business development by growing business for existing clients and preparing and monitoring proposals for new clients.
Additional responsibilitites include:
Act on relevant publisher development opportunities and activate them in client programs;
Receive and answer internal questions about campaigns;
Monitor stated goals and achievements and report to management;
Manage a team of Account Managers, with all that comes with it (performance review, training, support with new hires, etc.).
What you bring to the table
HBO or BA degree in commercial economics or marketing and communication and at least 3 years experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of- and experience with affiliate marketing;
Previous experience in leading a team;
Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
In addition, as a team leader and strategist, the Head of Industry must be able to understand client’s needs, identify common goals and support the team in the same activities. Holder of the role should possess strong general business skills, the ability to write and speak effectively, demonstrated leadership experience, a capacity for statistical analysis and developed organizational skills.
