Shopkick is in search of a Digital Marketing Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Growth, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company's mission and culture. You are a team player who excels at driving business results and making strategic recommendations based on data and testing. You work exceptionally well cross-functionally with strong communication and leadership skills. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize campaigns with multi-million dollars spend
  • Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement, to increase our user growth
  • Explore and test new marketing channels, platforms and networks
  • Continually strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization
  • Slice and dice complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
  • Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes
  • Collaborate actively with Marketing, Product, Designers and Engineers to drive growth and optimization
  • Analyze various algorithms, techniques and statistical models for predictions in a dynamic data environment
  • Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field
  • 0-1 year of work experience
  • Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
  • Basic knowledge of statistics (P-value, significance, correlation vs causation)
  • Ability to proactively seek, identify and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
  • Excellent grasp of numbers with a love for data and analytics
  • Tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • SQL experience a plus
