Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, Data and Operations, Shopkick is in search of a Director of Product Management, Advertising Products and Revenue. If the thought of innovating on experiences that simultaneously provide value to both consumers and our partners gets your spine-tingling, and if you’re chomping at the bit to scale multiple lines of business by orders of magnitude, then this could be the role for you. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and mentor other Product Managers, scaling the team as and when appropriate
  • Define the strategy, key value propositions and measures of success for multiple lines of business, and hold yourself and others accountable to these
  • Prioritize product roadmaps to balance scaling existing product lines, innovating and experimenting with new concepts, and opportunistically responding to dynamic market and partner needs
  • Engage tightly and frequently with our Account Executives, Account Managers and partners to both understand the market and evangelize our strategy, vision and roadmap
  • Foster a “dare to be great” culture by looking for opportunities to push beyond, rather than play it safe within standard practices and limits
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Operations and Marketing in particular to drive continuous iteration and evolution of our products


  • A strong technical background--a degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent work experience
  • A demonstrated consumer-centric approach to building product
  • Strong understanding of advertising products, but with a healthy skepticism for standard techniques and practices
  • A proven data-driven approach to Product Management
  • Demonstrated experience in bringing new products to market and successfully scaling them
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 1+ year of managing other PM’s
