About the Job

• As a Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in helping grow our local painting business. This position is ideal for students who are confident, motivated, and interested in building communication and sales experience. This role involves cold calling and in-person marketing during the preseason, helping generate leads and book estimates. You will work closely with the local franchise owner and gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and phone-based marketing (cold calling)

• Speak with homeowners about painting services and promotions

• Schedule free painting estimates

• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner

• Track leads and communicate with management

• Work independently and as part of a team
