Office Coordinator

Job Description

Sesame Workshop is looking for a Temporary Office Coordinator for the Information Technology department. The coordinator will provide support for the office of the CTO. He/She will focus on assisting the CTO, especially with scheduling, budget, expense reports, and also helping to manage the mobile phone assets of the company.


Assist with general administrative tasks, projects, and events, including:

  • Handle all scheduling, telecommunications, and contact support for CTO
  • Prepare, track, code, and record all PO’s and invoices for department; track PTO’s for dept; assist with other admin duties as needed
  • Mobile phone management, including helping to upgrade mobile phones for eligible employees, switch employees to global plans when traveling internationally, complete any necessary insurance claims, and help to set up any FTS employees who request to move to Sesame’s plan
  • Uber Conference management: help set up employees with conference call numbers
  • Assist VP of Facilities and Finance with tracking of employee locations
  • Process expense reports via Concur for CTO
  • Order and organize office supplies, stationery, and Sesame premiums
  • Order catering, provide setup and breakdown for meetings as needed
  • Assist with all shipments, mailroom and messenger deliveries

  • 2+ years’ experience in Coordinator/Assistant role
  • Bachelor degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently as well as contribute to a strong team


5 days per week at our office, 9:30-5:30 with an hour for lunch (35 working hours total)
