Key Production Assistant

Job Description

Sesame Workshop is looking for a Key Production Assistant to support our Production Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Runs General Ledger and JournyX Reports as directed by Senior Production Accounting Manager
  • Codes, scans, and processes invoices as directed by Production Coordinator and Senior Production Accounting Manager
  • Set up all Catering, Craft Services, and Late meals as needed at the office and studio
  • Manages all personal lunch orders when shooting
  • Orders, maintains, and manages budget for Office Supplies
  • Set up office space at studio by activating phones, configuring furniture, ordering/organizing office, first aid and mail supplies, etc. as directed
  • Assists Production Management (Production Managers and Production Coordinator) in running the Production Office
  • Delegates intern responsibilities along with Production Coordinator
  • Coordinates meetings and special projects as needed and provides support on remote location and Studio 3A shoots as requested
  • Books Misc. Equipment as directed
  • Sets up Production offices, dressing rooms, Control Room, and Muppet Lounge when shooting
  • Daily distributions as directed
  • Maintains and Distributes Contact Sheets for various productions
  • Manages digital Show folders
  • Special Projects as directed
  • Ensures we receive the Legal department final approval on all images created by the Art Department on central desktop
  • Administrative Assistant support to VP, Production Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year+ of full time work in TV Production Management
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
