Apple Tech Support Analyst

Sesame Workshop is looking for an Apple Tech Support Analyst. We’re looking for someone with an enthusiastic personality, articulate communication skills and a detail-oriented mentality, to play a key role within our Information Technology – Desktop Services team. An ideal Tech Support Analyst at Sesame Workshop will be excited about working in a multi-tasking environment. This role is key to the success of the IT department because it is the first line of contact for end-users. This position is driven by the technician’s ability to provide a high level of customer support in the most professional manner. This position will report to the Manager of Desktop Services

Responsibilities:
- Apple technicians help create energy and excitement around Apple products, provide technology solutions, and get products into end users hands
- Exemplify superior Apple knowledge and expertise in hardware troubleshooting and repairs
- Work with the vendor to resolve complex problems and ensures customer satisfaction
- Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve hardware and software issues for the Studio Productions/ Production Technology, Creative and Executive users
- Deploy and maintain Kandji MDM for all the apple endpoints
- Support and maintain font server
- Troubleshoot applications (Adobe CC, O365) that run on Mac’s
- Keep current on Apple and computer product changes or new product launches
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to mapping of SAN/NAS Storage
- Provide support for iPads and iPhones
- Other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of combined relevant education & technical experience
- Excellent MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of MAC OS X
- Basic knowledge of systems hardware (MAC, Multifunction Printers, Scanners, etc.)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration
Other:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Enjoy speaking to new, seasoned, and senior-level employees while helping them navigate technology
- Detail-oriented, know how to manage your time appropriately and consider yourself a quick learner
- Excellent verbal, communication, and organizational skills
