Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician/Administrator/Psychology Technician 


 - Work 8hr Monday - Friday 

Be on the front edge of the treatment of depression. 

SEGAL PSYCHIATRY is currently seeking TMS Technicians/administrators to help facilitate treatment sessions for individuals who are suffering from major depressive disorder. TMS is the only FDA approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression. Technicians are responsible for administering the treatment, working alongside clients as they recover from depression, and helping track the clients progress. SEGAL PSYCHIATRY  is seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.


Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Providing educational consultations to interested patients

Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients

Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions

Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA

Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.

Understand and comply with all of the principles established by STN

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing STN

Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of psychology, social work, or related major

At least one year in a mental health office setting.  Prior experience in addictions preferred.

Basic Life Support Certification

If you are a pre-PA or EMT student, this is a great opportunity to receive paid clinical hours, as you will be treating patients daily.

in process Bachelor's Degree or in process LPN/RN

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Billing software knowledge

Insurance knowledge

Clinical Interviewing

Excellent oral communication skills

Excellent organizational skills


Complete TMS training will be provided 

10 days paid vacation

1099 position
